Student Ministry Volunteers

To volunteer for Student Ministry, please contact the Pastor of Family/Student Ministries to obtain the appropriate paperwork.  New volunteer staff applicants will be considered only after they have been actively involved in the life of the Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church for three months.  Some position descriptions are available upon request.

We are always looking for new servants in the area of youth ministry.  While we encourage anyone interested in youth ministry to consider serving, we especially desire involvement from parents of school-aged students.

Parents are always welcome to come and observe student ministry activities that their students are involved in.

Café 19 Staff (promotions, purchasing, staffing)

Students Serving in the Church

Because we believe that students are just as capable of serving in ministry as adults, we encourage student involvement in all church ministries.  We also encourage families to consider serving together in the same ministry.  Talk to any ministry leader about specific age requirements.

Ministries that welcome and encourage students to volunteer:

• Children’s ministries (preschool department during a church service, Vacation Bible School, or serving in Awana with your parents)   Email our Christian Education Director to get started.
• Projection Ministry
• Good News Club
• Worship Ministries (audition necessary)
• Talk to any other ministry leaders if you are interested in becoming involved with their ministries as a student.
