“Reaching, teaching, and encouraging women in Christian faith and fellowship,” is the mission statement of Women’s Ministries at the eFree Church. Here’s how we seek to fulfill that mission:
Reaching…
BabyCare is a helping ministry that provides clothing and other necessities to new mothers in need in the Sheboygan area. Making personal contact with these women and letting them know that they and their babies are loved by meeting this need provides a natural opportunity to connect them with God’s love for them.
Christmas Brunch This eagerly anticipated annual event showcases tables decorated for the holidays by volunteer designers, along with a delicious brunch, musical entertainment, and a featured speaker who shares the gospel in a message designed especially to touch the hearts of women. Over 400 women from our church family and their invited guests enjoy this morning of warmth and fellowship just before Christmas.
Teaching…
Women’s Bible Studies A number of studies meet at the church or in homes, providing women with opportunities to read, study, and meditate on God’s Word with other women. A Precept upon Precept study, using materials from Kay Arthur’s Precept Ministries meets every Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, as well as other studies that use a variety of study materials as a guide.
Encouraging…
Meals for New Moms ministers to mothers of new babies by arranging for several meals to be prepared and delivered during the first days or weeks that baby is home, providing needed rest in an often busy time.
Missionary Women We seek to encourage the women supported by our church who are out on the mission field by sending birthday greetings, anniversary wishes, and small personal gifts to remind them that they are being thought of and prayed for individually.
Spring Fellowship Event Over the years, women have enjoyed an evening of fun, food, and fellowship as the weather gets warm, featuring a changing variety of activities including fashion shows, craft fairs and demonstrations, and special entertainment. |

It's a weekend of fun, fellowship, and relaxation with other women in beautiful northern Wisconsin. There's a schedule of speaking times and seminars, as well as times for recreation, and you're free to attend some, none or all as you prefer. Bring a book, a craft to work on or a game to play with others. Spend time with everyone, or find a quiet place by the lake for some time to yourself. It's a chance to be refreshed and renewed--and you won't have to cook all weekend!
This year's speaker will be Pam Morgan, a Christian speaker, writer, and recording artist from Lee's Summit, MO. In June of 2000, Pam was involved in a tragic accident which left her paralyzed from the chest down. Immediately, prayers were raised around the world for Pam's complete healing. To doctors' amazement, movement gradually returned to her lifeless limbs, and 15 months later she walked on to a stage with her husband. her first book, I STAND--A Miraculous Journey from Paralysis to Praise, published in 2009, chronicles her journey.
You won't want to miss this incredible weekend, so register soon! |

God is stirring His people. Acts 17:28 tells us that "in Him we live and move and have our being." The question is: how are we responding? How are you responding? What about your local church? Stonecroft Ministries? The Body of Christ?

Divisional Field Director Trina Pockett draws from her life experiences as a devoted wife, mother of three, and Stonecroft leader when sharing what it means to LIVE for God. "To live means being real. It means being transparent. It means being transformed. And it means being relevant. It's taking everyday moments to LIVE out our faith. "This generation doesn't want to be told what Christians believe, they want to see us LIVE out our faith.
Lisa Heidrich, a Divisional Field Director, shares how God MOVES us to invest in relationships. Her challenge at Stir is going to be, "I dare you to MOVE for God!" Lisa shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ through her faith story. And that's exactly what she'll be encouraging others to do during Stir.
Gail Dubley, Cross-Cultural Ministries Director, encourages women to find God's purpose for their lives by exploring the ways they are uniquely gifted. Using our gifts means to BE the woman God created you to BE. Learn how to BE a woman of boldness, power, faith, love, and self-discipline.
