Why should I join the eFree Church?

Public proclamation of faith in Jesus Christ

Similar to public baptism; membership in the church is a confession of faith the world recognizes.

Commitment

Similar to a marriage commitment; membership in the church encourages us to work together to overcome our problems instead of running at the first sign of trouble. Membership is a deeper level of commitment to Christ and His church.

Accountability

Participating members are accountable to the church and the church leadership is accountable to the participating members. Hebrews 10:24-25 says that we should “spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day approaching.”

Vision and Direction

Participating members vote on key visionary areas that provide direction for the future of the church.

Expanded Opportunities

Specific roles that are visible, confidential, doctrinal, etc. require participating membership, such as:

• Leadership
• Teaching
• Financial
• Many on-stage roles
• Many roles that oversee children

How do I join the eFree Church?

Please fill out this online membership information request form or contact the church office.  We will mail or email you a letter that explains the membership process and asks you if you wish to pursue that process.
