2nd Annual Iron Chef Competition

Campus Life

Each team will have at least two but no more than four members.  Teams will be provided 3 "secret ingredients" which must be used in the entree.  One will be a protein, one will be a cargohydrate and one will be a random ingredient.  Teams will have 30 minutes to grill up 5 identical individual entrees (one will be divided for 3 judges, one amongst Iron Chef Participants and the other three amongst the audience).

Iron Chef entrees will be judged on Plating (appearance, max 20 points), Creativity (max 30 points) and Taste (max 50 points).  The winning team will be awareded a trophy and four gift certificates to a local restaurant.
